How we work

A process you can explain to a client — or a lender.

No mystery invoices. No associate you have never met. Four steps from first call to recorded deed or signed agreement.

  1. 01

    Consultation

Thirty minutes, no charge, no pitch. We listen to the deal or the dispute, tell you whether we are the right firm, and send a written scope the same day.

  2. 02

    Scope & flat fee

Most closings and reviews are a single number. If the matter is hourly, you see the rate, the estimate and the billing increment before any work starts.

  3. 03

    Work & updates

One attorney owns the file. You get a named contact, a standing update day, and copies of every draft — not a portal full of unread status codes.

  4. 04

    Close

We sit the closing, send the signed set, and stay reachable for the questions that arrive two weeks later. The file is yours; so is the paper trail.

The firm

Fourteen attorneys. You will know yours by name.

Partners who still sit closings. Associates who write the first draft you actually send.

They quoted a flat fee on a Tuesday and closed us the following Friday. The HUD-1 made sense. So did the invoice.

We sent a 42-page vendor agreement at 4 p.m. The mark-up and a one-page risk memo were back before lunch the next day. Five clauses we would have signed.

Our lender called them “the closing attorneys who actually answer the phone.” That is the whole recommendation.

What a flat-fee closing actually covers

The number on the engagement letter is not a teaser. Here is every line it pays for — and the three things that cost extra.

Bring the contract. Or the closing date. We will tell you what it actually says.

A thirty-minute consultation. No charge. No attorney-client relationship until we say so in writing.
