Who this is for

First-time buyers in Plaza Midwood, sellers in Myers Park, refinances in Cary. If you have a contract and a closing date, this is the file.

How we work

We open the file the day the contract is signed. Title, survey, HOA letters, lender packages and the settlement statement are tracked on one checklist you can see. The attorney who quoted the fee sits the closing — in person in Charlotte or Raleigh, or by remote ink when the lender allows it.

Typical fees

Purchase or sale: $1,150. Refinance: $950. Cash deal with no lender: $850. Extra parcels, estate sellers and last-minute survey issues are quoted before they appear on the invoice.

Related attorneys appear on the Attorneys page — filter by this practice to find the lawyer who will own your file.
