Consultation
Thirty minutes. No charge. An honest view on fit.
Bring the closing date or the clause that worries you. We will tell you whether we are the right firm, and what it costs.
What to expect
From the first call to a written scope.
A consultation is not a pitch. It is how we decide — with you — whether to open a file.
- 01
You write a few lines
Matter type, office, and a non-confidential summary. We do not want privileged facts on a form.
- 02
We reply in a day
A coordinator confirms the time and the attorney. If we are not the right firm, we say so and point you onward.
- 03
Thirty minutes
In Charlotte, in Raleigh, or on video. The attorney who would own the file is the one in the meeting.
- 04
A written scope
Flat fee or estimate, timeline, and the name on the engagement letter. Nothing starts until you sign.
Consultation
Tell us the closing date — or the clause that worries you.
A few lines is enough. We will come back with a time, a lawyer, and an honest view on fit.
What to expect
Thirty minutes with the attorney who would own the file. We will tell you whether we are the right firm, and what a flat fee or estimate would look like.
Fees
Residential closings from $1,150. Contract review $850 in forty-eight hours. Disputes billed hourly at $375–$525. You see the number before work starts.
What not to send
Do not include confidential facts, strategy, or documents that would identify a counterparty until we have confirmed, in writing, that we represent you.
