Privacy policy
How this firm collects, uses and protects the information you share through the website.
Last updated November 2, 2026
1. Overview
This privacy policy explains what information Harrow & Vale LLP (“the firm,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit this website or send a form, how that information is used, how long it is kept, and the choices you have. It is a starting template. Review it with your own counsel before relying on it in a live practice.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to send through our consultation request and contact forms: name, email address, telephone number, matter type, preferred attorney, preferred office, urgency, a brief non-confidential summary, and preferred meeting times. We also collect standard website usage data such as pages visited, referring URL, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not ask you to send confidential facts, strategy, or documents through these forms.
3. How we use information
We use the information to reply to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, operate and secure this website, diagnose technical problems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising networks or cross-context behavioral advertising. Form submissions are stored in the firm’s Form Submissions ledger so a coordinator can respond.
4. Attorney-client relationship and privilege
Submitting a form, sending an email, or booking a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. Communications are not privileged until we have confirmed, in writing, that we represent you. Please do not include confidential information until that confirmation exists. This website is attorney advertising and is not legal advice.
5. How we share information
We share information with service providers who host this website, process form submissions, and provide email delivery — only as needed to operate the site. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of the firm or others. We do not sell or rent your information.
6. Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, then deleted or archived according to the firm’s retention schedule. Website logs are typically retained for a short operational period.
7. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have sent us, subject to legal and professional obligations. Contact hello@harrowvale.law. If you are a California or other state resident with additional rights, we will honor applicable requests.
8. Children
This website is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
