Leasing & Landlord–Tenant

Who this is for

Landlords with a five-unit building in NoDa, retailers taking space on Fayetteville Street, tenants who have been handed a 40-page form and a 48-hour deadline.

How we work

We mark the form, write a one-page issues list, and negotiate the five clauses that actually move money: rent commencement, CAM, assignment, restoration and default. For evictions we send a demand that a judge can follow.

Typical fees

Residential lease review: $450. Office or retail lease: $1,200–$2,800. Eviction counsel is hourly at $375.
