Attorney

Margaret Harrow

Residential and commercial closings. Still sits the table.

Margaret founded the firm in 2003 after six years at a sixty-lawyer shop where the residential file kept moving to whoever was free on Friday. She still sits closings — usually two a week — and reviews every commercial purchase before it goes out. Clients know her as the person who will walk a HUD-1 line by line without looking at the clock.

She chairs the Mecklenburg County Bar real-property section, teaches the new-lawyer closing clinic at Legal Aid, and is listed in Super Lawyers for real estate (2018–2026). She lives in Dilworth with two rescue dogs who have attended more Sunday file reviews than they would like.
